Matchtech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support an automotive team in the Stoke area to deliver complex factory-based IT projects.

This role is suited to a delivery-focused Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a structured, enterprise IT landscape and managing multiple projects in parallel, from business case through to implementation and closure.

You will take full ownership of IT projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• End-to-end management of multiple IT projects (up to £500k budgets)
• Project planning, scheduling, resource forecasting and financial control
• Governance, risk, issue and change management
• Stakeholder engagement across business, IT and external suppliers
• Preparation and delivery of project gateways and steering forums
• Benefits realisation tracking and structured project closure

You will bring a strong background in IT project delivery, with the credibility to operate at senior stakeholder level.

• Proven experience delivering IT or technology projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within governance-led, enterprise IT environments
• Sound budget management and commercial awareness
• Experience with in automotive, manufacturing or complex enterprise organisations
