Responsibilities

As Training & Adoption Coordinator, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the effective adoption of Salesforce and related enterprise systems by delivering structured user training, maintaining enablement materials, and providing hands‑on support to end users across the organisation. Working closely with the Salesforce Support Manager, Business Analysts, and technical teams, the role focuses on practical delivery of training and user enablement, supporting system changes, onboarding new users, and acting as a deputy to the Salesforce Support Manager to help ensure continuity of service and a positive user experience.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) is desirable but not essential.
  • Training, digital learning, or change-related certifications are an advantage.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a user training, system support, digital enablement, or application support role.
  • Experience delivering training for CRM or enterprise systems (Salesforce highly desirable).
  • Experience supporting users in a global or multi‑location organisation is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical changes into clear, user‑focused guidance.
  • Experience working in a service or support environment with multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to not‑for‑profit or mission‑driven organisations is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials using tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, video recording tools, and/or learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with support or ticketing tools (e.g. Jira Service Management, Service Now, Zendesk) is desirable.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Salesforce Knowledge).
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Additional languages (e.g. Arabic, French, Urdu) are desirable.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector.
