Salary: £34,000 per annum

Are you a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a busy, fast‑paced operational site where no two days are the same.

• Carrying out routine checks on the water treatment plant and cooling towers.
• Performing general maintenance and DIY tasks across the site.
• Maintaining trailers and ensuring roadworthiness.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Operating a yard tractor for trailer movement and site gritting.
• Keeping detailed records and escalating issues promptly.

• Experience in facilities or plant maintenance (water treatment knowledge is a plus).
• Ideally, qualifications related to water treatment or maintenance.
• Confidence operating yard tractors and trailers.
• High attention to detail and strong record‑keeping skills.
• Awareness of Legionella and confined space procedures is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
