Cleaning Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites
• To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
• Uniform provided and specified is worn with care being clean and ironed
• All round cleaning experience
• Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
• Able to communicate to the clients, colleagues and management team
• Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
• High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
• Ensure the Company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
• To deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor.

Working Hours for a Cleaning Supervisor: 17.5

Monday to Friday 16:30 - 20:00

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous management experience with the ability to train staff. You will be able to assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.

To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team.
