About Us

At CPM, we work with some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success. We’re looking for a Client Service Director to join our UK Client Service team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You’ll enjoy 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day added for each year of service (up to 31 days).

You’ll also have the option to buy or sell up to 5 days annually. A generous car allowance is included to support your travel needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Client Service Director, you’ll be a senior leader responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, particularly within the consumer electronics and retail sectors. You’ll act as a trusted advisor at senior retail levels, driving strategic growth and ensuring exceptional delivery across all touchpoints. You’ll lead a team of Account Directors and Managers, develop strategic plans, and identify new business opportunities to expand CPM’s client portfolio.

You’ll also be a key contributor to the Senior Leadership Team, helping shape the future of our people, clients, and services.
