Job Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery for tenants, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.

• Manage major investment projects, including those related to climate change.

• Ensure compliance with statutory functions like gas servicing, fire safety, and asbestos management.

• Understand building technology and its workplace applications.

• Understand housing regulations and building maintenance.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, compliance, and CDM regulations.

• Lead a team to audit and validate contractor work, ensuring continuous service improvement.

• Maximize value for money in service delivery.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Strong understanding of building technology.

• Knowledge of housing regulations and building maintenance.

• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, compliance, and CDM regulations.

• Experience in managing statutory compliance functions.

• Leadership skills to manage and direct a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with climate change projects.

• Experience in delivering modernization and improvement programs.
