Project and Development Lead; Homelessness

The purpose of this post is to accelerate the development of temporary accommodation solutions in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is critical to addressing urgent gaps in provision for individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or complex needs, and to prevent escalating financial and social costs.

The purpose of the additional role would be to work with a range of partners and services, to assess the costs and benefits of a range of temporary accommodation options including but not limited to :

• Private sector leasing
• Nightly paid accommodation
• Acquisitions of accommodation, including arrangements through the clients wholly owned property management company
