We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Production Operatives for a UK manufacturer of cement-based materials. The role involves completing tasks within the factory and warehouse areas, playing a key role in day‑to‑day production operations to ensure quality and efficiency. It requires regular manual handling and heavy lifting; therefore, applicants must be physically fit and able to multitask as various tasks are required to be completed.

The role is on varying shifts depending on business requirements and is based on an 8‑hour shift as standard, with overtime opportunities. Shifts between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm are required at certain times.

• Operating and assisting with equipment on the production lines.
• Assembly and packaging of products as per specifications.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be physically fit as the role involves manually moving 20‑25 kg sacks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Counterbalance and reach truck experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also to work independently on occasions.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Understanding of written and spoken English.
