Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives and mobile Grounds Maintenance Operatives are required for the start of the new season (March). The role is mobile within Manchester and surrounding areas, with pick‑up/drop‑off arranged depending on location.

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential.
• Mobile round working on multiple commercial sites – retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Customer‑service interaction essential to ensure client satisfaction.
• Company van and mobile iPad provided.
• Vehicle checks.

A well‑established grounds‑maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence in the UK, offering training, development and reward for hard work. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. Pay is £30k‑£40k based on a 48‑hour week through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
