Lettings Negotiator / Up to £40,000 (OTE) Basic salary up to £30,000 / Stoke-On-Trent

A Leading lettings and HMO operator in Stoke-On-Trent are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to work closely with clients to promote and sell properties.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work with potential buyers to generate interest in properties and viewings
Speaking with customers via the Telephone, Email or face-to-face
Attending in person viewings
Drafting marketing materials for the sale or rent of properties
Securing appointments for property valuations and property viewings
Achieving sales targets
Essential

Skills & Experience:

1+ years Lettings experience
UK Driving license and vehicle
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:

Up to £30,000 basic salary – OTE up to £40,000
