We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. It offers opportunities for career development with a motivated, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and understanding our customer service measurement programme.
- Drive and exceed sales targets using in‑store devices, offering the full product range and maximizing add‑on sales.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well‑stocked, and displays organized per brand guidelines.
- Support overall store operations, assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and keep shelves well‑organized and appealing.
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target.
- Drive additional KPIs including units, conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
- Achieve upselling or cross‑selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
- Positive attitude toward a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
- Ability to view challenges as opportunities for personal and skill development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations by engaging customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
