• Help customers find the right car based on their needs
• Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer
• Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process
• Sell the appropriate sales package, from finance to servicing, with integrity
• Co‑ordinate the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth operation
• Meet monthly sales expectations and customer‐experience standards
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
• Stay in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience
