Our Reeds Rains branch in Cheadle are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator on full time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer :

• £22,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE (On Target Earning)
• £17,500 Basic Salary plus commission
• A 5-day working week

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times

As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge.

A full UK driving license is essential.

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO
23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
