Freelance Padel Coach at Powerleague
Base pay range£20‑£35 per hour, dependent on experience.
We’re launching 4 covered padel courts at our Stoke Trentham Lakes club in February 2025 and we need freelance padel coaches to help run our coaching programme.
Responsibilities- Deliver and train adult and junior groups, ensuring our community receives exceptional coaching.
- Provide instruction on technique, stroke production, strategy, and adapt coaching to different skill levels.
- Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
- Promote equality of opportunity, recognise needs of different groups and individuals, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers.
- Have and maintain a Level 2 padel coaching qualification and LTA accreditation.
- Proven experience as a padel coach and a passion for padel.
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
- Effective communication skills (fluent in English).
- Good time management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- DBS checked.
