Children's and Youth Ministry Leader

We’re seeking a Spirit-led, creative, and relational leader to pioneer and grow our ministry with the next generation - helping children and young people encounter God personally, follow Jesus with confidence, and share His love in their everyday lives.

This is an exciting role at the heart of our church’s vision to nurture faith across all ages. You will help plan, shape and, develop our ministry for children and youth (0–18), support families, strengthen links within our community, and create environments where faith can thrive both inside and beyond the church.

You will take the lead in launching new initiatives, journeying alongside young people in the ups and downs of life, and equipping a committed team of volunteers to serve, grow, and lead well - all while remaining open to the guiding and renewing work of the Holy Spirit.
