Remember Why You Became a Nurse

Between call lights, charting, and short‑staffed shifts, it is easy to lose sight of what drew you to nursing. Home health brings it back: one patient, one family, and the time to deliver care the way you were trained to. That's our commitment to every Home Health RN on our team: when you come to work with us, we go to work with you.

You won't carry this work alone. You'll have a local owner who knows you, leaders who listen, and a team built to support you, so nursing can feel like nursing again. That means a real person when you call, help when you need it, and recognition for the difference you make every single day.

What That Means for You
  • Competitive pay: $80,000 - $95,000/year
  • Potential to bonus EACH pay period!
  • A local team that knows you by name and recognizes your work
  • Work-life balance with scheduling flexibility
  • Deeper patient relationships from admission through discharge
  • Training and growth with mentorship, online training, continuing education opportunities, and tuition discount programs
  • Health, Vision, Dental, and paid time off
  • 401(k) up to 4% with immediate vestment to you
  • Mileage Reimbursement
What You'll Do
  • Assess patient needs at start of care and at each required time point
  • Partner with patients, families, and physicians to set goals and build the plan of care
  • Deliver skilled nursing care as ordered and initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
  • Counsel and educate patients and families so they can manage their health with confidence
  • Direct, support, and supervise the aides assigned to your patients
  • Track outcomes, communicate changes, and coordinate referrals and discharge with the care team
  • Document visits clearly, accurately, and on time
What You Bring
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license
  • Home health, hospice, or home care experience a plus
  • Current CPR certification for adults, children, and infants
  • Comfort with electronic medical records and documenting on a laptop, tablet, or mobile device
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills
