Sales Engineer - After Sales

My client, a manufacturing/engineering company based near Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer - After Sales on a Permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the sales team, building relationships with existing and new customers, producing quotes in a professional and efficient manner.

• Process customer orders.
• Deal with enquiries over the phone, email and sometimes in person (client visits).
• Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately.
• Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Keep customers updated on order status.
• Maintain accurate records at all times.
• Explore new business opportunities.

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally within manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on people at all levels of business.
• Good numerical skills.
• Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections.

The salary for this role is up to £36,000.
