Internal Technical Sales Engineer
£40,000 - 50,000 | Suffolk | On-site with hybrid potential | Immediate Start

About the Role
You will play a central role in developing the European sales pipeline by owning early-stage customer engagement and supporting senior sales colleagues.

* Respond rapidly and professionally to inbound enquiries, delivering service that stands out.

* Research, identify, and pre-qualify new customers across key industrial and marine segments.

* Generate new leads through phone, email, Linked In, and other communication channels.

* Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy from initial lead creation to qualification or handover.

* Present products and capabilities via calls, emails, webinars, and online meetings.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying additional revenue opportunities.

* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise lead quality and conversion.

* Continuously develop product and application knowledge to support confident customer conversations.
