LV Switch Gear Production Supervisor​/Team Leader

Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Production Supervisor/Team Leader within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing related activities, staff supervision, managing resources, enforcing safety standards and collaborating with other departments such as Engineering, Scheduling, procurement and Logistics. • Supervising switch gear production staff, assigning roles and monitoring staff performance.
• Co-ordinate manufacturing workflow and resources to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and guiding on operation procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.

• Proven experience in production/operations supervision, preferably in a similarindustry.
• Strong Leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety practices.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Work to exceptionally high standards.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience on Electrical or Mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with production management systems such as ERP along with basic knowledge on MS Excel.
