Production Scheduler

Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Production Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and managing detailed production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources, timely order fulfilment, and alignment with customers’ demand. • Developing and maintaining production schedules.
• Coordinating with Project Coordination, Engineering, Procurement and Production to ensure projects can start on planned dates.
• Monitoring all aspects including work-in-progress (WIP) and where required, adjusting Schedule to accommodate changes, and communicating changes to relevant departments.
• Supporting ERP/MRP systems and ensuring data accuracy.

• Proven experience in production scheduling/operations management or related field.
• Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Just-in-Time (JIT) principals.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of production planning software would be advantageous.
