Summary
From our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between, our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops tomer‑obsessed, high energy and love learning every day? If that sounds like you, earn £370+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30‑hour contract.
Shift Patterns- Morning shift:
Starting at 5‑6 am, stocking the shop floor and bakery products before opening. - Middle shift:
Mid‑morning or early afternoon, keeping the store clean, assisting customers and working the till. - Late shift:
Afternoon start, serving customers with a smile, restocking and preparing the store for the next day.
- Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
- Follow stock‑loss control, freshness and rotation principles.
- Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure waste is managed correctly.
- Assist in the stock count process.
- A can‑do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- The willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Responsibility and reliability.
- Enjoyment of a fast‑paced, varied environment.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Previous customer‑facing experience is preferable but not essential.
- Competitive salary: £12.40 per hour rising to £14.10 per hour after 3 years.
