Customer Assistant - Tyrone Area

If that sounds like you, earn £370+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30‑hour contract.

• Morning shift:
  Starting at 5‑6 am, stocking the shop floor and bakery products before opening.
• Middle shift:
  Mid‑morning or early afternoon, keeping the store clean, assisting customers and working the till.
• Late shift:
  Afternoon start, serving customers with a smile, restocking and preparing the store for the next day.

• Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Follow stock‑loss control, freshness and rotation principles.
• Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in the stock count process.

• A can‑do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• The willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Responsibility and reliability.
• Enjoyment of a fast‑paced, varied environment.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Previous customer‑facing experience is preferable but not essential.

• Competitive salary: £12.40 per hour rising to £14.10 per hour after 3 years.
