Night Porter

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
• You'll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Set up & prepare for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms.
• Set up resident breakfast room.
• Clean guest area front of house to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities.
• A typical shift starts m and finishes at 6.15am.

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every function is set up to perfection
• Ability to work on your own as this role is mostly lone working while the guests sleep.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player
