Aztrum is pleased to be supporting a leading architectural practice in the Coventry area, highly regarded for its work across the Residential sector. My client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to take a key role in managing projects on site and leading coordination with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
Manage projects throughout the construction phase, undertaking regular site visits to review progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and building regulations.
Take ownership of consultant coordination, working closely with structural, MEP, and specialist teams to deliver fully integrated technical solutions.
Provide senior-level technical oversight, supporting architects and junior technicians to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency across all project stages.
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, driving projects forward and ensuring smooth communication throughout the lifecycle of each scheme.

Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

Strong proficiency in Revit.
Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, standards, and construction methodologies.
Proven experience overseeing projects on site and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary consultants.
Exceptional technical design, detailing, and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for accuracy.
