Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established planning consultancy in their search for a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse mix of projects, providing professional advice and high-quality planning solutions for a range of clients.

• Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
• Undertake planning appraisals, research, and policy reviews.
• Provide professional planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from inception through to determination, working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded planning professional with:

• A relevant degree in Town Planning or related subject.
• MRTPI status (or working towards).
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system.
• Excellent written, verbal, and report-writing skills.
• Experience working within a consultancy or local authority environment.
