Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Are you an experienced poker dealer looking for a new opportunity? Have you got exceptional customer service skills?
We have a vacancy for an experienced poker dealer to join our fantastic team. You will be competent in dealing all games of equal chance within the card room, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and all relevant legislation whilst providing excellent customer service.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Dealing poker games within the casino, ensuring security is to the highest standard possible.
- Ensure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to.
- Explaining the rules of games to customers, as well as other club facilities.
- Acknowledgement and understanding of customers’ needs.
- An efficient team player.
- Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
