Main Duties:

This is a varied, hands-on Assistant Management Accountant role which will include:

* Delivering weekly and monthly financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making

* Supporting the month-end process, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and investigation of key discrepancies

* Analysing costs, margins, and performance trends, providing clear insight to stakeholders

* Partnering with teams across the business to translate financial data into meaningful information

* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting

* Supporting payroll-related analysis and ensuring financial accuracy and control

* Contributing to process improvements, projects, and stronger financial controls

* Providing cover and support across the finance team when required
