Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Scrum Master - Exterior Trim to be based at our office/our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast‑growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile practices within Exterior Trim team. This role is pivotal in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex, cross‑functional projects. You’ll be the catalyst for agile transformation, empowering teams to self‑manage and continuously improve while navigating the challenges of global product development.

• Facilitate focused and engaging planning sessions to help teams structure and prioritize work effectively
• Coach teams in agile principles, self‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Build and nurture strong relationships across departments and stakeholders at all levels
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and velocity
• Promote a culture of transparency, empowerment, and accountability within the team
• Enable seamless stakeholder collaboration to align goals and expectations

• Solid working knowledge of JIRA

  , and other collaboration tools
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi‑location projects and products
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and coaching capabilities
