Trainee IT Support Technician

Job Introduction                 

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee IT Support Technician to join our busy IT Department at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Role and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & resolving 1st Line IT issues.
Setting up user logins for in house systems and creating  for new staff
Closing down access for staff who are leaving
Logging and routing IT support calls
Ensuring the internal company directory is kept up to date
Administering internal systems to assist in the smooth running of the department day-to-dayFull training will be provided, but good knowledge of the following would be advantageous:

Windows 11 & MS Office 365.
iOS & Android.
An analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to communicate effectively with IT users of varying degrees of ability.
Ability to work well as part of a small team.
