Quality Controller

We’re looking for a Quality Controller who has previous experience within a similar role in the food production sector, (however full training will be provided) and qualifications in Food Safety and HACCP (preferred)

As Quality Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

Carrying out Product Quality Intake Checks
Carrying out checks of Packing Lines, including Product, Packaging and Labels
Carrying out Positive Release Assessments
Assessing and monitoring stock quality in accordance with customer specifications
Carrying out and recording other checks, for Quality Assurance purposes
Completing relevant documentation
Offering staff training and internal audit support
Complying with health and safety legislation
