As a Galaxy Workshop Trainer, you will be a crucial part of our store teams, connecting Samsung's innovative technology with our valued customers. Your main task is to deliver exceptional, personalised brand experiences, making us the preferred choice on the high street. Leading Galaxy workshops, you will use your product knowledge to boost customer and colleague engagement. Success in this role requires confidence in customer interactions, presenting to people and thriving in a dynamic retail environment, embodying our core values to strengthen the bond between our customers, your colleagues and Samsung products.

Core Responsibilities
  • Delivery of Galaxy Workshops – deliver engaging tech product presentations to various audience sizes, showcase hands‑on experiences, tailor sessions, encourage in‑store shoppers, support colleagues.
  • Customer Experience – deliver exceptional customer experiences, foster loyalty, address specific questions, communicate selling points.
  • Product Engagement – educate customers and colleagues on product functionalities, showcase features, upsell, capture data, NPS surveys.
  • Training and Team – keep colleague training up to date, create fun atmosphere, infuse excitement and positivity.
Evidencable Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Strong communicator – confident presenting and educating customers.
  • Tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Passion for latest tech, curious.
  • Proven experience delivering large audience presentations.
  • Retail or customer service experience following a customer journey.
  • Dynamic fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Friendly, confident, engaging approach.
  • Team player locally and part of remote field team.
