Position: HGV Class 1 Driver (Temporary to Permanent)

• Salary: £16.04 – £17.38 per hour (including overtime after 8 hours)

Immediate start on a temp‑to‑perm basis working Days (Monday to Friday) between 04:00 and 09:00.

Pay Rate: £16.04 per hour on days PLUS overtime at £17.38 per hour after 8 hours. You will accrue £1.94 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.

Job Specifications:

• Completing trunk to depots
• Average shift 10–12 hours
• Daily vehicle checks
• Professional manner when dealing with the end customer
• Assessment prior to work starting
• Always wearing correct PPE (safety boots and Hi‑Vis)

Start times are between 04:00–09:00 Monday to Friday shift pattern.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 1 Driver licence
• 2 years Class 1 experience (clean driving licence with no more than 6 points)
• Valid CPC
• No TT TS MS DR DD codes
