We're Looking for an Engineering Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Stroud. With a reputation at second to none, genuine training, development and progression opportunities this is an exciting time to join the business.

• Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering
• Overseeing team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern
• Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities
• Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work

• Multi Skilled Engineering background
• Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
