Recruit4staff are representing a well-established FMCG business in their search for an Engineering Team Leader to work in Severnside
.

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will manage the on-site engineering team, leading performance reviews, coaching and developing staff to align with business goals. You will drive team motivation through strong leadership, oversee contractors and maintenance suppliers, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap. This Engineering Team Leader role also includes analysing CMMS data to identify improvements and reviewing maintenance activities for cost-effective opportunities.

• Manage the on-site engineering team, leading performance reviews and coaching to develop staff in line with business goals.
• Drive team motivation through effective leadership and oversight of contractors and maintenance suppliers.
• Contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap and review maintenance activities for cost-effective opportunities.
• Analyse CMMS data to identify improvements and opportunities.

• Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment
• Experience in working with process equipment P&'s
• Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline

• Pay:
  Up to £58,000
• Hours of Work:
  Monday to Friday, Days role
• Duration:
  Permanent
