As a Principal Mine Hydrogeologist, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver strategic insights across all stages of the mining lifecycle—from exploration to closure. Impact
  • Deliver high‑level consulting services in mine water management, hydrogeology, and environmental impact assessments for global mining clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of hydro geologists, geotechnical engineers, and scientists to elevate technical excellence and career growth
  • Direct complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious delivery
  • Collaborate with global technical practice groups to advance innovation and visibility in mine water solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic advisory and business development initiatives
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 15+ years of experience in mining hydrogeology, with a strong track record across the full mining lifecycle
  • MSc or PhD in Hydrogeology (or equivalent), with a BSc in geology, civil engineering, mining, or environmental science
  • Professional designation (e.g., P.Geo or equivalent) and eligibility for registration in Canada
  • Proven leadership in delivering large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary mining projects
  • Experience with groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and numerical modeling tools (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW, GIS)
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally to support project delivery and client engagement
  • Passion for shaping sustainable mining practices and driving innovation in water management
