We are looking for a motivated Security Guard to join our growing team in an exciting and rewarding position. This position requires ability to pass security clearance, specialized testing and ability to drive a marked vehicle. This location is an exciting location, has great activity and will provide a vibrant and diverse workday. This role will see you providing an exceptional customer service experience to while ensuring staff, patrons and contractors remain safe.

Pay Rate: $20.74/hour

Shifts:

Rotating 2 weeks of Days/2 weeks of Night shifts  /  with a great work life balance!

• Uniform provided free of charge
• Guaranteed hours

• Foot and vehicle patrols of both public and restricted areas
• Writing and issuing parking tickets
• Maintaining access control logs and validating credentials
• Identifying safety or security hazards and reporting them accordingly
• Composition of detailed incident reports
• Providing exceptional customer service and way finding for patrons and travellers
• Other related duties as assigned

• Have reliable transportation to travel to site (Not accessible by public transportation)
• G OR G2 Licence
• Valid Ontario security guard license and first aid certification
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
• Have a clean criminal record
• For those on a Work Permit - must be able to obtain criminal record check from your country of origin
• Professional verbal and written communication in English (French an Asset)
