As a Senior Software Developer, you'll work alongside a passionate team of founders and product visionaries, architecting scalable systems and delivering real-world impact. • Design and develop scalable web applications using modern MVC frameworks, especially Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code while contributing to overall architecture decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and founders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs; devise solutions and performance optimizations.
• Build and maintain SQL-based databases (Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL) with strong schema design.
• Support and mentor junior developers; foster a culture of learning and excellence.
• Embrace startup dynamics by adapting to rapid changes and wearing multiple hats as needed.

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks and OOP principles.
• Experience designing and managing relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL).
• Skilled in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
