Registered Manager

Position: Registered Manager (Permanent)
We’re recruiting for an established, independent domiciliary care provider in Ipswich. This role suits a confident and capable Registered Manager who thrives in an autonomous environment and is motivated by shaping quality, culture and growth.

What’s on offer:

£40,000-£42,500 salary.
28 days’ annual leave.
Flexible working hours (08:30/09:00 start).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
Develop private business growth through referrals and professional networks.
Manage relationships with commissioning bodies and external stakeholders.
Provide supportive and respectful leadership to the care team.
Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding KPIs.
Achieved/studying toward an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
