The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the firm’s expanding team. You will work on a wide range of transactions, act for diverse clients across multiple sectors and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

• Handling acquisitions, disposals and commercial landlord & tenant work
• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and agreements
• Advising on property finance for lenders and borrowers
• Building strong and lasting client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
• Assisting with property development and investment deals
• Engaging in business development and networking

• Solicitor with 2+ PQE
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation and problem-solving
• Excellent client care and communication skills
