A highly regarded Legal 500 practice is seeking to strengthen its employment law team. With a well-established reputation, a collaborative working culture and a commitment to professional growth, the firm offers an excellent platform for ambitious solicitors to build their careers.

The firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years + PQE. Joining an experienced and supportive team, you will work with a wide range of clients, handling both advisory and contentious matters while also contributing to the development of the practice.

• Mix of contentious and advisory work

Tribunal advocacy and support on complex disputes

Drafting contracts, policies and agreements

Advising on HR, employee relations and corporate transactions

Opportunity to grow client relationships and get involved in business development

2 years PQE

Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters

Strong communicator with commercial awareness
