We are on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in the advancement of renewable energy projects across Suffolk.

About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations at our renewable energy sites, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your expert management will help us meet critical milestones and adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee site operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment at all times.

• Manage subcontractors and staff, providing clear guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor project progress, preparing detailed reports and updates for senior management.

• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and project partners, to maintain strong working relationships and open lines of communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Grid Transmission & Distribution.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Relevant certifications in Project Management and Health & Safety (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH).
