Process Operative

We are currently recruiting Process Operatives on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day factory operations
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Carrying out manual handling and production tasks
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or factory setting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the shift pattern
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
