A well-respected Developer delivering a quality product throughout the home counties urgently requires a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

Based near Sunbury, the role is to control costs on sites developing properties between the values of £400k – £1.5m and is a mixture of detached properties through to flats.

The product is of good quality, and they are renowned for producing a product that sells off-plan that is affordable but high-spec.

The team is an excellent team of Commercial staff that includes other Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, and buyers.

The environment is a vibrant place that has much activity and is a genuinely great place to work.

The successful candidate will have between 4 – 7 years of experience, and it is obviously preferred if they are from a developing background, but not essential. The client will look at people from numerous backgrounds, including main contracting, utilities, civil, or rail, providing you have a genuine interest in residential development and that you have the knowledge and enthusiasm to be successful within this Residential Developer.
