A. Pre-Construction Phase
- Fire Risk Assessment (FRA)
- Fire Strategy Report
- Design of Fire Protection Systems :
- Suppression systems
- Smoke control & ventilation
- Compartmentation
- Review contractor installations (sprinklers, alarms, structural fire resistance).
- Liaise with architects on fire-stopping measures (seals, barriers).
- ATEX / DSEAR compliance checks for hazardous zones.
- Witness testing of fire alarms, suppression systems.
- Final fire safety certification (ensures compliance with Building Regulations).
