Graduate Fire Engineer job for a growing fire engineering consultancy based in Sunderland. The role offers a salary of £38,000 – £42,000 + 4.5-day week + private healthcare + professional development.

Role & Responsibilities- Support fire engineering projects from initial concept through to completion
- Assist in producing fire safety strategies and technical reports
- Learn to apply UK fire safety legislation and guidance to real projects
- Shadow senior engineers on site visits and inspections
- Contribute to a collaborative and friendly team culture, providing input where appropriate
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality fire engineering solutions across a range of UK projects
- Degree qualified in Fire Engineering (BEng / BSc / MSc)
- Enthusiasm to develop a career in fire safety engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office-based team environment
- UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Salary £38,000 – £42,000 per annum
- 4.5-day working week (Friday afternoons off)
- 28 days annual leave including public holidays (option to purchase up to 5 additional days)
