As a member of the Fire Engineering team, you will deliver small to medium-scale fire engineering projects across a variety of sectors. The role offers a salary of £42,000 – £50,000, a 4.5-day week, private healthcare, 28 days annual leave + BH, and professional development opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities- Lead and manage small to medium fire engineering projects, taking ownership of deliverables
- Produce fire safety strategies, technical reports, and performance-based design solutions
- Provide technical advice to clients, design teams, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Participate in design team meetings and site inspections
- Support junior engineers and graduates, contributing to their development
- Stay up to date with UK fire safety legislation, guidance, and industry best practices
- Degree qualified in Fire Engineering (BEng / BSc / MSc) and ideally working towards Chartered status
- Practical experience delivering fire engineering solutions for UK projects
- Strong knowledge of UK legislation, guidance, and design standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
- UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Salary £42,000 – £50,000 per annum
- 4.5-day working week (Friday afternoons off)
- 28 days annual leave including public holidays (option to purchase up to 5 additional days)
