As Data Enablement Lead, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across all business functions, building trusted relationships and understanding their challenges with using data to drive operational outcomes. Together, you’ll review current practices and co‑create smarter, more effective approaches to using data in daily operations. You will work alongside other Enablement Leads focused on Analytics and on Data Learning – your role will be focused on cracking open smarter and more automated uses of operational data.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, driving discovery of new ways data can improve our operations and championing best practices right across the business. You’ll mentor and support colleagues as they adopt pioneering approaches to data use, helping them build confidence and capability. Your influence will help Specsavers innovate, ensuring our data platforms are not just available and adopted, but become core to how we operate.

You’ll have the autonomy to drive initiatives, challenge established ways of working and make a tangible difference to how our business runs day to day.
