We are looking for talented Project Managers, ideally with consultancy experience, to join us s client‑facing role will lead projects collaborating with our clients across a wide range of IT deliveries. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders, as well as internal and external teams. The programme follows a Waterfall process, working with partners who may use Agile methodologies, so solid experience with both methodologies is desirable.

You will be expected to be on‑site with clients on a regular basis, and will work on a high‑profile project with other Project Managers where timelines and delivery are inter‑dependent. Open communication lines and an eye for detail are critical for success. Expleo works across multiple clients and industries, and there is an expectation that you will contribute to the continued growth of the Practice as time allows.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost‑effective delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

• Desirable certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince

• Strong understanding of the systems development lifecycle.
• Ability to understand and lead the construction of system & data integrations.
• Excellent client‑facing skills.
• Logical thinking and initiative, with ability to enhance knowledge using in‑house and supplier IP.
• Apply project management disciplines such as stakeholder identification, supplier management, risk and issue logs, decision logs.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Kanban & Scrum).
• Experience working with Programme and Project managers in large deployments.
• People management skills – lead and focus teams in complex projects.
• Strong self‑management and continuous performance mindset.
• Desire to build IT domain knowledge – tools, applications, platforms.
• Desire to embrace and work within new industries.
• Analytical mindset, ensuring details are not overlooked and critical path is managed.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Microsoft Project proficiency.

• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to new, including culling, parallel runs, and multi‑wave implementation.
• Leading large‑scale projects with multiple sub‑projects and inter‑dependencies.
• Supplier management – ensuring scope delivered within time, cost, quality.
• Change management – processes, procedures, organisational change, training, documentation.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile framework.
• Experience in automotive or energy industry is desirable but not essential.
