Solicitor​/FILEX – PQE+ (Commercial​/Agricultural​/Residential Property

I am working with a highly respected and long-established North Yorkshire law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to join its growing and well-regarded Property department.

The firm has offices in Ripon, Thirsk and Bedale, with this role ideally based in their Thirsk office.

The Property department is one of the firm’s largest and most important teams, handling a broad range of work for a loyal and diverse client base.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload covering a mix of:

• Residential property
• Commercial property
• Agricultural and rural property work

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have solid, well-rounded property experience and who enjoy maintaining a broad practice rather than specialising in one narrow area. The client base includes high-net-worth individuals, farmers, landowners and local businesses.

4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law with well-rounded experience across residential, commercial, agricultural and rural property work.
