Settlements Operations Lead, Company: EDF (UK). 18‑month Fixed Term Contract. Salary: circa (DOE) £56,400 per annum. Locations:
Exeter, London, Sunderland or Hove (remote with occasional travel).

The OpportunityAs Settlements Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in optimising settlement processes and leading a team that supports the transition towards an Electric Britain. You will deliver improvements, ensure operations run smoothly, and help shape new ways of working.
Who You Are- Strong leadership experience with a successful record delivering initiatives and small projects.
- Clear communication skills, collaborating effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems in operational environments.
- Experience making effective decisions in fast‑paced settings.
- Expertise in the energy industry.
- Knowledge of electricity and gas settlement systems (desirable).
- Leading settlement reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy across all settlement operations.
- Collaborating with partners and industry teams to investigate and resolve issues quickly.
- Using data and reporting tools to deliver strong operational and regulatory outcomes.
- Driving continuous improvement and shaping process efficiencies.
- Coaching your team and supporting their development and growth.
