Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong leadership skills? We're working with an impressive company based in Sunderland seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their team in January. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated payment team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll provide professional operational oversight, maintain high standards of accuracy, and drive efficiency across the accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the accounts receivable team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and related transactions.
Monitor workflows and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
Act as the main point of escalation for queries and issues within the team.
Report on performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.

About You:

Proven background in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
